TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Bookings

Lessons are scheduled MONTHLY.

Messages are sent out before the start of the month, confirming signing up and removing any dates that cannot be attended in that month.

Lessons are scheduled accordingly.
Payments

Payment is due UPFRONT, at the start of the month

Invoices cannot be cancelled or amended

Payments can be made by electronic bank transfer (Banking details on Invoice) or by cash payment at the first lesson.
Cancellations and Make ups

STRICTLY ONLY 1 MAKE UP LESSON IS OFFERED PER MONTH

To qualify for a make up lesson, the lesson needs to be cancelled a minimum of 4 hours before lesson start time

Moving a lesson to another day or time is considered a make up lesson

NB: One or two make up day / time options will be offered. Failure to accept one of these options will result in the lesson being forfeited.
Credits / Refunds
A lesson will be credited to the next month / refunded ONLY if:

We are unable to offer a make up slot on any day

You have a Medical certificate that extends into a new month

The lesson was cancelled by SwimTots (eg. due to unforeseen circumstances like coach being unavailable / facility being closed)
